Cihan Centre for Vocational Training in collaboration with Razhan Cultural Centre and the ministry of cultureconducted a hair-cutting and hair-styling training course for the students of Cihan University-Erbil. The project was meant to teach some students at Cihan University-Erbil hair-cutting and hair-styling.The course which was free offered theoretical and practical education in this respect. The course duration was 20 days and was taught by experienced trainers. The participants were given certificates accredited by the ministry of labour. Finally, the trainees were sent to the camps of refugees to have the children’s hair cut there for free. The free service campaign went on
