Cultural center of Cihan University organized a Color Festival.  The Fistival held on 29th of November 2017 and hosted visitors from 10:00 morning until 2:00 afternoon. The fistival was opened by Mr. Burhan Sabir who is director of Cultural center & The head of trusties board of Cihan group universities  Dr. Nawzad Yahya Bajger  .
